Booking Terms & Conditions
All guest bookings made with Logan Lodge, whether direct or through an Online Travel Agent such as Booking.com or AirBnB, have the following "Ts&Cs" applied to them:
1) Prior to releasing access codes to the accommodation that you have booked at Logan Lodge, we require a refundable damage deposit. The amount depends on the accommodation that you have chosen. We reserve the right to deduct any additional costs incurred due to damage arising as a direct result of the guests’ actions, or in the event of a significantly deep clean being required after the guests’ stay.
2) We reserve the right to request photographic proof of identity and proof of address for all guests over the age of 18. A driving licence would usually the easiest option, but we would accept alternatives.
3) Only the number of guests booked and paid for, are permitted onsite overnight. Guests found to have breached this rule will be required to forfeit their full deposit and may be asked to vacate the property early.
4) We require a part-payment to secure any booking dates. The balance of funds will be due a minimum of 30 days before your stay. All stays are refundable up until 30 days prior, at which point we operate a sliding scale of refunds, depending if we are able to re-let that accommodation for those specific dates.
5) Lost keys are charged at £25 each. We suggest that keys are left in the coded key safes and not taken offsite.
6) Smoking / vaping is not permitted inside any of our buildings. Any guest found or seen smoking / vaping inside their accommodation, will be charged a £100 cleaning fee. Guests are only permitted to smoke on the roof terrace or in the private courtyard.
7) The access to the private courtyard has private CCTV for guest security, as well as to confirm that the correct number of guests and correct number of pets are onsite. We reserve the right to release any CCTV footage, if required to do so by law.
8) On street e-permit parking is chargeable and is subject to availability. Guests are responsible for giving us the correct vehicle registration, and for only parking in the designated "Zone A" spaces. Logan Lodge can not be held accountable if a guest parks incorrectly, or is penalised by the Great Yarmouth Borough Council or any Private Parking Company.
9) We do not condone nor allow any illegal activities onsite, such as but not limited to: recreational drug use, prostitution or any other known illegal activity.
